SHIPPING

Shipping is offered through Canada Post. Because Made SO is a small operation and our margins are small, we are generally unable to offer free shipping at this time. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Made SO is closely monitoring the current Canada Post strike. In the meantime, Shipping will be offered through alternative carriers. 

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are local to the Kingston/Rideau Lakes/Smiths Falls/Perth area and would like to arrange to pick-up your order, free of charge, we would be more than happy to work with you to make this happen. Please email bec@madeso.ca before placing your order to make arrangements and receive a discount code for "free shipping."

RETURNS

All sales are considered final. Please note that by nature of handmade and small batch items, small inconsistencies and variances are to be expected. 

We put the utmost care into packaging items safely and securely, but accidents sometime do happen. Should your item arrive damaged, please email bec@madeso.ca immediately with photos of the damaged product. We will do our absolute best to come to a fair resolution.  Depending on the item and the type of damage, we may ask for the item to be returned for a refund, so that it may be repaired.
